This is what a mountain bike built for fun looks like!

When you fling yourself onto dirt trails and singletrack, are you really looking to just go faster? Maybe smiles-per-mile is really what you're looking for. Enter the Trek Roscoe series of mountain bikes. The Roscoe 6 was built with the idea that a bike that feels more under control can be more fun than a speedy XC machine. With a wide size range (4 sizes!), the Roscoe 6 for women can fit practically anyone. The Roscoe 6's frame is made from Trek's own Alpha Gold aluminum frame, giving the bike a light and efficient feel, especially on hilly terrain. Looking to ride with cargo? The Roscoe 6 comes with rack and bottle mounts, adding versatility. Internal cable routing keeps the Roscoe 6 looking clean and sleek.

Taking big hits and handling gnarly trails is easier, thanks to the Roscoe 6's adjustable SR Suntour XCM 32 suspension fork. 120mm (100mm on the 13.5" size) of travel is plenty, even on rock-strewn singletrack that might've scared you off with a nervous XC racer. There's even a lockout knob for when roads and pavement are part of your ride. Shimano's 10-speed Deore shifter and Shadow+ Deore rear derailleur operate with lightning quickness, even over rough trails. A wide-range 11-42T cassette and FSA 28T single-ring crankset offer a huge gearing range for challenging trails and terrain. Tubeless-ready alloy Alex MD35 wheels are wrapped with meaty 27.5x2.80" Kenda Havok tires, making short work of rocky, crumbling surfaces with bags of traction. Controlling your speed is done with a set of Tektro hydraulic disc brakes that work in all conditions, rain or shine (or mud). A Bontrager Ajna 1 Women's saddle sits atop an alloy Bontrager seatpost, while an accessory-ready alloy Bontrager Blendr stem and alloy handlbar finish off this trail-ready bike.
